Charitable Giving

As the non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives through organ and tissue donation, LifeSource relies on the support of the public to spread the message of donation so that more people will document their wish to leave a legacy of life. Funds raised support public education about organ and tissue donation so that all individuals have accurate information to make an informed decision.

LifeSource’s largest fundraising event is the annual LifeSource Terri Opp Memorial Golf Tournament held each September.

LifeSource is a private, non-profit organization.  All charitable contributions are tax-deductible.  LifeSource's Federal Tax Identification Number is 36-3584029.
